Currently completing her professional registration (LARE) exams, Aileen brings to your project education in horticulture, geography, climatology and landscape architecture and 7 years experience with Ken. A Senior Consultant with Hoyle & Associates, Aileen collaborates on all phases of design. A highly organized project manager, she co-ordinates project teams and schedules, establishes project due dates, updates budgets, liaises with sub-consultants, and prepares all cost estimates and contract documents. She facilitates Project Steering Committees comprised of various stakeholders including community members, City staff and others and prepares minutes of these meetings complete with action items. She also participates in contract administration services including preparing certificates of payment for all Hoyle projects. She sees the importance in providing clients with information and foresight that equips them to make informed decisions throughout the course of the project. She takes pride in developing thoughtful, tailored designs that balance client, community and environmental objectives. |
