When we are retained to prepare a Heritage Impact Assessment, we begin with an understanding of the value of the resource; analyze the impact that the proposed changes will have on it and its surroundings and recommend measures to mitigate any negative impacts that may occur to it by the proposed changes.
We work closely with our clients, municipal heritage planners and Municipal Heritage Advisory Committees to find workable, acceptable solutions for all.
